Abba Father,

This day I Consecrate to You ...
( tracing the cross of Jesus over your body )

every thought my mind shall think...
every word that will pass from my lips...
everything I shall let my eyes see...
every substance I shall allow myself to consume...

I Consecrate my mind, body, heart and soul,
that YOUR WILL may be done through me this day.

Create in me a clean heart O' God,
that like Mary I may be s pleasing child to you
and Through, With and In Jesus My Lord and Savior,
I may be Through, With and In You Eternally.
